Pastor Dr. Peter A. Dean
Pastor Peter A. Dean is the founder of Sustaining Faith Ministry, a growing, Spirit-filled, non-denominational, multicultural ministry established in Fresno, California. Pastor Dean was called into ministry in 2012 and faithfully served for seven years as an understudy to Dr. Kenneth L. Slack, Senior Pastor of Philadelphia Outreach Ministries. He was ordained by Dr. Slack in 2015 and served alongside him as an Administrator on the Board of Directors.
Throughout his tenure, Pastor Dean held numerous leadership roles, including Director of Evangelism, Fellowship, Men’s Ministry, Facilities and Grounds, Worship, and Youth and Young Adult Ministries. He has over ten years of experience in leadership roles within ministry. He is prophetic in ministry while maintaining a practical, relevant approach to teaching and preaching the Word of God. His preaching style and anointing transcend cultural and racial barriers, with a strong focus on God, discipleship, outreach, and community building.
Pastor Dean is married to Kyetta Penn-Dean, and together they are the proud parents of four children: three daughters—Aliyah, Brittney, and Breanna—and one son, Alan. He is deeply committed to serving the Lord and encouraging others to cultivate personal relationships with Jesus Christ.
In 2018, Pastor and First Lady Dean relocated to Fresno, California, where they established Sustaining Faith Ministry. Pastor Dean is an alumnus of Fresno Pacific Christian University, Universal Life Seminary, and Taft Law School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership (2011), a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies (2013), a Doctorate in Biblical Studies (2019), and a Juris Doctorate in Law (2020).
A native of Stockton, California, Pastor Dean currently resides in Dacula, Georgia. He remains dedicated to the work of God and serves humbly as a faithful steward of the Kingdom.

Reverend Paul Crampton
Reverend Paul C. Crampton was called to ministry in 2012. He began his ministerial study in 2018, at Sustaining Faith Ministry, in Fresno CA. In 2019, Minister Crampton was ordained by Dr. Peter A. Dean, Senior Pastor of Sustaining Faith Ministry. Reverend Crampton is a member of the Board of Directors, and the community outreach team at Sustaining Faith Ministry.
Reverend Crampton has a burning desire to serve the Lord and be used as a vessel to spread the love of Jesus Christ. He is led by the spirit of God and is dedicated to teaching and preaching the Gospel. His desire is to inspire others to trust and believe in the everlasting word of God. He has been a dedicated Sailor in the United States Navy for 23 years. He retired in 2019 with an honorable discharge, and the rank of Chief Petty Officer.
Reverend Crampton believes that forming a relationship with Jesus Christ and accepting God as your Lord and Savior is the most important relationship one can have and nurture. He is steadfast on the word of God; and encourages others to seek the Kingdom of God first in order to understand God’s truth, love, and salvation.
He is an alumnus of Grantham University, and received an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Management in 2018. He is currently attending Universal Life Seminary; studying Theology. He is a native of Houston Texas, a proud father, and a humble servant of the Kingdom of God.

Reverend Kerry Dean
Minister Kerry Dean was born into a family of faith in Stockton, CA. He accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior at the age of sixteen while attending a worship service at Emmanuel M.B.C. He was immediately baptized by Pastor H.F. Dean. He became a faithful member and participated in various ministries that natured his faith in the Lord. During college he began to sense God’s guidance into the gospel ministry. In June of 1985, God called him to Preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Subsequently, he received his Certificate of License in The Gospel Ministry. He continued to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior. In October of 1992, he received his Certificate of Ordination in The Gospel Ministry by The Baptist Pastor’s Conference on the recommendation and request of the Emmanuel M.B.C.
Minister Kerry Dean is enthusiastic about ministering to the multitude of people. He is committed to proclaiming the Word of God to non-believers. He also is committed to edifying believes, to nurturing their spiritual development, to enabling them to discover their spiritual gifts, and to equipping them for effective ministry.
Minister Kerry Dean is a competent and sound Bible teacher. He continues to take time out to study God’s Word on a regular basis. He shares his faith with family and others. He has taught in Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and other special occasions. He enjoys teaching the Word of God. By his teaching in word and example numerous people have been blessed spiritually.
Minster Kerry Dean graduated from San Jose State University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration with a minor in Business Administration. He worked with youth for nine years and prepared them for emancipations. He returned to college to pursue a career in education. He enrolled and completed an education program for multiple subject credentials at Monterey Bay State University in 2003. He is also a credential public school teacher. He currently holds three credentials: Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, Single Subject Teaching Credentials: Business, and Career Technical Education Teaching Credential. He has been teaching in public school for over 24 years.
Minister Kerry Dean has passed his faith onto his daughter and son, and both have been baptized in Jesus Christ.
